For nearly four decades, Golf Warehouse Atlanta has been an independently owned golf store dedicated to helping golfers find the right equipment for their game.
Located in Smyrna, Georgia, our Spring Road location has been part of the Atlanta golf community since 1986. Today, we continue to serve golfers throughout the greater Atlanta area while also helping customers across the country through our online store.
Being independently owned allows us to take a personal approach to golf. We are not simply here to sell equipment. We take the time to listen, understand your game and provide knowledgeable guidance so you can make confident decisions about the clubs you play.
Custom Club Fitting Built Around Your Game
Golf Warehouse Atlanta is known for professional custom club fitting, with fittings available for irons, drivers, fairway woods, hybrids and full bags.
Our two primary fitters, Dennis and Darren, bring more than 50 years of combined golf and golf-equipment experience to the fitting process. Darren is a PGA professional, and both have extensive experience helping golfers find equipment that complements their swing, playing style and goals.
Our fitting process combines experience with technology. We use Foresight GCQuad launch-monitor technology to analyze ball flight and club performance, while evaluating variables including club head, shaft, flex, loft, length and lie angle.
We are also a multi-brand fitting facility, with expertise across PING, Titleist, Mizuno, Callaway and TaylorMade. That means we can compare equipment across leading manufacturers rather than trying to fit every golfer into a single brand.
The objective is simple: find the equipment that fits the golfer—not sell the golfer a particular club.
Whether you are buying your first set of clubs, replacing a set of irons, looking to gain more consistency or fine-tuning your equipment as an experienced player, we approach every fitting with the same attention to detail.

Our History
Nearly Four Decades in the Same Place
Golf Warehouse was founded in 1986 at our current location on Spring Road in Smyrna, Georgia. What began as a locally owned golf store has grown and evolved over the decades, but one thing has remained constant: a genuine passion for the game of golf.
The original owners were a Korean couple who moved to Atlanta from New York after successful careers in the steel industry. They built a thriving golf business and established the foundation for what would eventually become Golf Warehouse Atlanta.
In 2004, Georgia native Dennis Legg purchased the business and began the next chapter of its history.
From Georgia Tech to Professional Golf
Dennis's path to owning a golf store was anything but conventional.
After graduating from Georgia Tech with an engineering degree, Dennis chose not to pursue a traditional engineering career. Instead, he followed his passion for golf and set out to play professional golf on the mini tours.
While competing professionally, Dennis also began working at Golf Warehouse. What started as a job alongside his playing career eventually developed into a management position, giving him the opportunity to learn the golf business from the inside.
In 2004, Dennis purchased the store.
He renamed it Golf Warehouse Atlanta as a reflection of his Georgia roots and his connection to the local golf community.
A Lot Has Changed. One Thing Hasn't.
Over the years, golf equipment has changed dramatically. Technology has transformed club fitting, launch monitors have changed the way golfers understand their swings, and the game itself continues to evolve.
Golf Warehouse Atlanta has evolved right along with it.
But the most important part of the business has never changed: the ownership's love of the game and commitment to helping golfers enjoy it.
From the original Golf Warehouse in 1986 to Golf Warehouse Atlanta today, we remain independently owned and committed to providing golfers with knowledgeable advice, quality equipment and personal service.
Nearly 40 years later, we're still here on Spring Road—still talking golf, still fitting clubs, still helping golfers improve, and still doing what we love.
